Return Policy
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't happy about the product(s), you may return the eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, in its original selling condition with Moonshaft hangtag attached and original packaging (including dust bag, etc).
- Return(s) that shows signs of use or do not comply with our return policy will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
- All items can only be returned one time per order.
- Items sold at a final sale discount are NOT eligible for return.
How do I return an item?
- To initiate the return process, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions.
- Upon submitting a return request, you will receive a notification with further details. If your return request is approved, you will obtain a return shipping label from us.
- All returned item(s) must meet the terms of our Return Policy, otherwise they will be sent back to you at your expense.
How do I exchange an item?
- At Moonshaft, we DO NOT offer direct exchanges. We kindly request that you return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your earliest convenience.
- Please be aware that returns must meet our Return Policy.
- Please follow the return instruction to initiate your return.
Refunds
- Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
- A restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount:
- 10% for Hong Kong orders
- 15% for International orders (outside of Hong Kong)
- When the returned item(s) passes our quality-check, a refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once this refund is completed.
- Please allow 10-14 business days to process the refund upon receipt of your item(s).
