    How long is the shipping delivery?

    • Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days, this may vary during high season.
    • Shipment typically takes 2-14 business days depends on your location. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur. 
    • For orders within Hong Kong, you may simply fill in SF Station / EF Locker code as the shipping address.
    • The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. 
    • If a customer declines to accept the goods delivered by our courier, any associated shipping charges and additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
    What are the duties and taxes?
    • Customer will be responsible for settling all charges including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs for details and estimated costs as the duties and taxes vary from country to country.
    When will pre-order item(s) be shipped?
    • The estimated shipment date is provided in the product description. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this date, it might be subject to change due to logistic issues. Please note that this estimated date does not reflect the delivery date of your order. For additional inquiries, feel free to contact us.

    If your order contains pre-order item(s), please be aware that your entire order will only be shipped once all products are available. Consolidated shipping ensures you receive your complete order in one shipment. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


    What's our return policy?

    • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy about the product, you may return the eligible Moonshaft items within 14 days of the delivery date, given that the items are unused and in original condition with the original packaging.   All items can only be returned or exchanged one time per order.
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 
    • We do not accept returned packages with freight collect service. 
    • All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. 


    • Please note that tax and duties are non-refundable.
    • A restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount 
      • 5% for Hong Kong orders
      • 10% for International orders (outside of Hong Kong)
    • Refund will be issued in original form of payment. 
    • Your credit or refund will be applied within 14 business days upon receipt of your item(s). 

    What's not eligible for return?

    • We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on all items sold at a final sale discount.
