How long is the shipping delivery?
- Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days, this may vary during high season.
- Shipment typically takes 2-14 business days depends on your location. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
- For orders within Hong Kong, you may simply fill in SF Station / EF Locker code as the shipping address.
- The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
- If a customer declines to accept the goods delivered by our courier, any associated shipping charges and additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Customer will be responsible for settling all charges including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs for details and estimated costs as the duties and taxes vary from country to country.
